Very clean, great breakfast with vast choice, comfortable bed and pillows and the pool although small was clean and towels and drinking water were provided. The fact the hotel was attached to a big shopping mall was an unexpected advantage and it was also walking to Petronas Towers .

The breakfast was great! So many varieties. The room was nice, seems pretty safe and secure. The Christmas decor was nice. It was connected to the mall with one of the most beautiful christmas decor in Malaysia or even in the world. The staffs were so respectful and nice! Amazing time!.

Breakfast was nice with the daily changes in the menu. The room was good however there was a slight issue in one of the bathrooms as the shampoo bottle was slightly damaged. The location is great with easy access to multiple places.

Location-It has lifts which directly access to Pavilion Mall, walking distance to Bintang Walk, Sungai Wang Plaza, convenient store & eatery outlets. I love the sky gym & roof top swimming pool. I feel the hotel is really meticulous; for instance, toothpaste, shower cap, cotton buds which are placed in the plastic bags with dotted line. I find it is easy for ones to tear it off for using without having pair of scissors around.

Beautiful and spacious room. Room is also exceptionally clean. Love the fragrance at the lobby. Friendly staff and acceeded to our request. Great buffet spread during breakfast.

Excellent location downtown at Pavilion Mall and in vicinity if Fahrentheit and Lot10 Jalan Wangi mall. Also near to KLCC in walking distance. Busy area with all levels of FnB outlets foodcourt n restaurants. Mall is excellent catering to diverse shopping needs of clothes sports and pharmacies. Hotel is cosy n botuque like, pleasant staff n quiet with check in lobby and breakfast area at level 8 above the mall. Swim pool n gym is small n cosy. Queit n chill with good view of downtown KL. Room is very good, spacious n comfy. Toilet is excellent n spacious, comfy for RnR after a day.

Amazing location in the centre of KL- very close to walk to petronas towers and metro. Exclusive access straight into Pavilion Mall which definitely is the best mall in KL with an amazing food court. We arrived super late from our delayed flight and check in was super easy. Special shout to Frankie who was the best duty manager every- I forgot my phone in the taxi to the hotel and he did everything in his power to get it back even though it was 4am! I wouldn’t have got it back without his help and was so grateful! This hotel is truly the best- don’t hesitate to book!

We absolutely loved our stay at The Pavilion Hotel. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and comfortable, especially the beds. The buffet breakfast had a great range of food. The rooftop pool was a welcome addition. The location was fantastic as it was right in the heart of the Bukit Bintang area. The hotel is connected to the Pavilion shopping mall and the walkway to KLCC Park and was in easy walking distance to Jalan Alor food street.

It's fair to say that I liked everything (apart from trying to actually find it in the first place). Check-in was smooth and efficient, the room was large, comfortable and very well appointed. The pool was quite small, but a great place to relax and the buffet breakfast was superb. All staff members who I met were extremely helpful, friendly, polite and efficient and overall the service was faultless.
